1. Übersetzen von English in Deutsch

    I placed an order for 4th 4 euros at 18h. The order was supposed to arrive at 19h. But it hasn't. At 19:30h I called the restaurant only to be told by the employee that that they don't speak English, and they kept me on the line for 10 minutes without telling me what is going on. After those 10 minutes someone who actually speaks English told me that they haven't even started working on my order and if they just then became aware of it. They asked me if I still wanted it or if they should cancel. I said they should cancel and the employee promised a full refund. I thought that during this hard lockdown in the Netherlands the restaurants are actually barely surviving on takeouts and deliveries. I haven't had a chance to try their food, but I can't imagine that any food would be that good to outweigh such appalling service. Especially not at a restaurant that among other things, offers cream cheese sushi! I'll never order from it again, nor will I visit when they reopen. I'll also make sure to share my experience as widely as possible. What shocked me the most is their nonchalant attitude while being so outrageously unprofessional.
