Brasserie de Zeezot in Westkapelle

First of all, I recommend making a reservation prior as quite a few tables were already occupied while most empty tables were already reserved. It's always a good indicator for a restaurant if it's in high demand.

We were merely lucky that there was a non-reserved table for two available when we arrived.

We ordered steak and schnitzel. Both were very delicious! The salad that came along with these menus was very delicous as well. The portions were quite large and prices were very adequate.

The interior is very cozy and romantic, very clean, too. You can even sit outside, it's sheltered and the heaters keep a warm temperature.

You will likely hear the cars on the road outside which is unavoidable on this location but it's quite bearable. Inside, if you sit near the side doors, however, you can still smell cigarette smoke as all side doors were open, too (could be a problem if there are lots of smokers outside). During our visit it was acceptable as there were hardly any smokers fortunately.

The employees were very sincere and constantly paid attention to their guests so you never had to wait long if you wanted anything else.

All that, the delicious food, the very kind employees and the nice atmosphere made it a great experience and we certainly will visit it again!
