Il Bandito in Breda

Yesterday we went there just by accident, because Breda's best pizza/pasta shop is having its holiday break this month. But what a mistake we made by paying way too much for letting us wait 40 (!) minutes for two unspectacular, dry and weird looking pizzas at Il Bandito! These guys should take some lessons in Italian cooking further down the street. We couldn't taste any hint of wood oven, it didn't taste Italian at all. We are still fascinated by their soft but still burned bread and that salt and flavour-lacking butter, which could have been an average amuse-gueule if it wouldn't cost 2,50 €. If you start a restaurant then please do it with love and joy! In august we will have our pizza further down the street again.
