A new Chinese food experience!
They will serve a pot at the center of the table. We can choose the flavour of the soup and later to cook various ingredients. For the ingredients, they really have a lot of options. There are even something special in Chinese cuisine, like the shrimp paste which is usually in Chinese dimsum, but also tasty when cooking in hotpot. And an ingredient looks crystal before cooking but chewy like rice noodles after cooking.
My friend is vegan but loves spicy food. So we ordered green pepper soup base and mild spicy soup base. And ordered a lot of tofu and mushrooms. The service is vey nice. Seems they have various cocktails. Would be there to explore the next time.
