De Wachtkamer in Groningen

In the past my boyfriend has ordered ribs often from the Wachtkamer, but recently not as much anymore. We ordered this evening and the ribs were simply inedible! The sauce tasted like it had sand in there and the meat itself tasted like it had been around for a while and was very tough. We were completely disgusted. We called to give them a chance to make up for the terrible food and the manager just got mad at my boyfriend, acted as if we were making it all up and told him 'We don't have any more spare ribs to offer you; Better luck next time!'. He was very rude to him and there was absolutely no compensation for the crappy service and food!
There will definitely not be a 'next time'. Especially also as we are not the only people, looking at other's reviews. I warn you all not to bother, especially if you want food cooked hygienically and any form of decent service!!
