As always excellent food, great service, only thing that takes the edge of a perfect score is the music, always rather loud and you have to shout at each other if you wish to talk.

As always the food was excellent great Sunday roast. Service was mediocre at best, staff busy chatting around the cash register. On arrival stated that we had made a booking, response oh yes table downstairs but you sit where you like not what you would call welcoming. Finally the music sound level was unbelievable it was so loud we had to shout at each other to have a conversation across the table, but at least the staff were happy listening to the music at that level it did not interfere with their conversation. So sad great food spoiled by poor service and very loud music, much better to visit for Saturday lunch.
