Bistro Flores in Nijmegen

Bistro Flores is my favorite restaurant in the world, hands down. I live in the US and love to experience good food whenever I travel, but I sometimes struggle to get really lovely chef’s meals because I am lactose intolerant. But I have been to Nijmegen 3 times in total (for work), and I came to Bistro Flores for a dinner every time so far (and I will continue to do so every time!). It is the ONLY establishment which makes no problem when I mention my dietary restrictions, and the dishes that I get are EXACTLY as delicious and inventive and amazing as everyone else’s! If you are looking for a real experience that you will never forget - get a 5-course meal with wine pairings and plan to spend the better part of your night in this amazing, wonderful, deliciously elaborate yet down-to earth restaurant!
