Villa Dente in Schoten

Not worthy of the name restaurant
Amateur service.
Our plate was full of very small black pieces unidentifiable, clearly burnt.
The carrot and broccoli were bone hard, the pieces of courgette were blackened.
Raised with the service that it was really underwhelming, to which they came back that they had reported this in the kitchen and we were given the explanation that the vegetables were naturally grilled, as if this was quite normal.
We made it clear that this was our first and last visit. Without any hesitation, we were presented with the hefty bill.
Fortunately, the wine was OK.
