Uneducated personnel: they dont know what they are serving, dishes with watery film on them, forgetting persons/orders.

Bad food quality: missing ingediënts, nothing special what you should expect from traditional Italian cooking, too high priced.

This aint Italian. Real Italian cooking is awesome. Thats why you go to eat outdoors.
