Ok, I didn’t know you make so many “assumptions”, will try next time better to communicate and not your staff “assume”.
We ordered water because not all guests arrived in first 35 mins, hence wanted to place order together.
If your restaurant isn’t capable of handling kids, I will make sure eet.nu and horeca Zeeland is aware of it, still doesn’t change fact that service was slow.
Next time, it’s better to inform during reservation that restaurant isn’t capable of having children guests.
That’s right, we ordered 5 for 7 people, because every person has different eating habits and different apetite. Also, most of restaurants doesn’t compromise service standards based on money they make, we have good experience with other restaurants in Zeeland and Netherlands who keep their service standards, irrespective of money they get from each table , I will inform Horeca Zeeland that Graanbeurs Axel service depends on total bill money from table and it is different for each table.
Also, pasta was around 300 grams which you threw away, your waitress didn’t say that she will throw away when we requested for take away. It’s your choice to decide, if it was small or large portion. Agree, you don’t want to take blame, but I don’t agree that it makes sense to blame guests for your service and throwing away food. I will let KHN review this matter.
